Terms of Service

RADIONET · WEB RADIO DIRECTORY

Last updated: November 2025

1. Overview

Radionet is an online radio directory and web player that lets you discover and listen to internet radio streams. Radionet itself does not host the audio streams; instead, it embeds and forwards you to third-party radio streams operated by external providers.

By accessing or using Radionet, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. No user accounts & no server-side tracking

Radionet does not provide user accounts or a login system. We also do not run our own server-side analytics or tracking on Radionet. We do not maintain server-side profiles about individual users.

The only personalization Radionet uses is storing your liked/favorite stations directly in your browser using local storage. These likes never leave your device and are not transmitted to Radionet’s servers.

3. Third-party radio streams

When you play a station on Radionet, your browser connects directly to the radio stream provider (for example: Radiocast, other radio hosting providers, or the station owner’s infrastructure).

Those providers may collect data such as:

This data collection is controlled by the respective station / stream provider, not by Radionet. Their terms of service and privacy policies apply to your use of their streams. We strongly recommend that station owners and listeners review any applicable third-party policies.

4. Content responsibility

Each station is responsible for the content of its stream (music, talk, ads, jingles, legal compliance, and licensing). Radionet does not monitor streams in real time and cannot guarantee that all content is lawful or suitable for all audiences.

If you operate a station that appears on Radionet, you are solely responsible for:

If you believe a station on Radionet violates rights or applicable law, you may contact us (see contact section) so we can review and, where appropriate, remove it.

5. Ads and premium stations

Some stations may be configured with ads or audio spots that are played automatically. These ads can be:

Premium stations (for example stations where ads are disabled in our configuration) are intended to play without Radionet-injected ads, but the station may still include its own ads or sponsor messages inside the stream.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Radionet, including (without limitation):

We reserve the right to restrict or remove stations or features that violate these terms or applicable law.

7. No guarantees / “as is”

Radionet is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee:

We may modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, without prior notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Radionet and its operators are not liable for:

Your use of Radionet and any linked streams is at your own risk.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we may highlight them on Radionet (for example, in the changelog or via a notice). Your continued use of Radionet after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.

10. Contact
